Every trainee is different in terms of capabilities and communication method, and so we aim at providing personalised training modules, curricula, goals and objectives.

Our Voice and accent training courses are aimed at those corporates and their families that are migrating abroad. It helps them to

Our Executive Training courses are aimed at group intensive training at client location. Class duration is of eight hours per day with breaks in between and the total course duration can range from 2 days to 2 weeks (‘Week’ would mean 6 days). Trainings are scheduled during work hours between 8 am to 7 pm. Trainings are scheduled to suit specific trainee requirements. A minimum of five trainees are required for executive training. The aims and objectives of executive training are at par with the other training programmes provided by us.

Programme outline

Our programmes are comprised of the following:
  • listening and reading practice
  • improving understanding of documents and oral presentations
  • learning grammar for improving usage of target language
  • increasing vocabulary in target language for both business and social situations
  • encouraging the expression of opinions and ideas in target language
  • role-playing to simulate a variety of social and business situations to help develop the speaking prowess

Trainers

The teaching ability and experience of language trainers is very important for the success of any training programme. We follow a strict and detailed screening process in selection of our trainers to ensure the satisfaction of our clients. We make sure that the trainer selected is qualified and has a good corporate language training background and experience in handling trainees of various ages, sex, ethnic origin and social strata. The average age of our trainers is 35 and their average corporate language training experience is 8 years.

Apart from being qualified and experiences, our trainers are patient, sincere, honest, well behaved, good mannered, motivated, enthusiastic and above all, determined to help the trainees to achieve their goals.

Our language trainers invest time to understand, analyze and produce the highest quality results. Trainers are often trained by us on newer approaches and improved technology to help them be constantly on the path of self development.

Training Location

To bring the best to our clients we operate exclusively in the corporate training sector. We do not have 'classroom' courses at our offices. Rather, we bring to you the highest quality training at your office/home. We also have online courses for those who prefer it that way.

Methodology

Academic research shows that there is no single training methodology that is foolproof and can be universally applied to all trainees in all situations. At the same time each method has its own advantages and no method is superior over the other inherently. Keeping this in mind, our trainers apply a variety of approaches in teaching depending upon the trainee’s age, occupation, focus, learning needs and gripping capacity. The underlying idea is to fit the method to the trainee instead of imposing a rigid method to everybody. It is thereby ensured that the trainee enjoys learning the target language. The training methodologies mainly applied are Classical method, Direct Method, Audio method, Humanistic method and communicative method.

Progress Reports
We provide regular updates on trainee’s progress to the HR department of the clients and to the trainees themselves to ensure proper flow of information and constant monitoring. We also encourage feedbacks from trainees and client companies to help us constantly improve our services. In this way we aim at maximum return on client’s investment in corporate training and human resources.
